Rating system
All basic and endorsement rating modules are included for inquiry and maintenance. You can also track personal lines rating and writing and automatically apply most rate changes and rule revisions. Mutual Expert easily process endorsements and renewals, and includes an automatic renewal process with a custom annual coverage increase amount.

Billing system
With Mutual Expert, you can issue direct, agency or mortgage bills. Your company can easily define your own payment plans. Also included is an ACH billing and LockBox transfer module for multiple ways of receiving premium payments.

Claims processing system
Mutual Expert tracks a complete history of all claims. It is integrated to the policy master file. You can have multiple claimants per accident; and view separate reserves by claimant, claim payments, and catastrophe tracking.

Flexible search capabilities
No longer are you limited to finding a policy by strictly name or policy number. With Mutual Expert, you can find what you are looking for with a broad range of search criteria, such as address, phone number, e-mail address and Social Security number as well as by name or policy number.

Reporting
A broad range of reports exist in the Mutual Expert report library. There are full premium, claims, receivables and statistical reporting; data for annual state reports; data for state insurance audit; print preview and reprint capabilities. There are more than 130 reports, ranging from loss runs and reinsurance reports to reports by peril and annual statement line.
